The invention relates to a road section traffic flow optimization organization method in a network connection traffic environment, which comprises the following steps of: 1, detecting vehicle arrival information of each lane of an upstream road section, and carrying out divided lane speed induction on entering vehicles; 2, implementing the first lane change of the vehicle, and completing the conversion from an entering lane to a target lane; 3, implementing the second lane change of the vehicle, and balancing the traffic flow on each lane in the lane group; 4, making different car-following strategies for different vehicles in combination with the signal control scheme of the front intersection; and step 5, dividing road section space functional areas. The method is suitable for a complete network connection road traffic environment, and has a very wide application prospect in a man-machine hybrid driving environment.
