The invention discloses an electric power steering power monitoring method conforming to functional safety. The method comprises the steps that the speed of a vehicle, the angle of a steering wheel and the torque borne by the steering wheel are collected; respectively inputting the collected information into an electronic control unit and an electronic control unit redundancy module; detecting the current operation condition, and calculating and analyzing whether the steering of the driver needs auxiliary steering torque; and outputting a final monitoring result. When the EPS system operates normally, the electronic control unit module can play a role in monitoring, and when the electric power steering system is activated unexpectedly, the EPS system can be turned off, so that an automobile enters a safe state; and when the electronic control unit of the electric power steering system fails, the redundant electronic control unit takes over control, so that the electric power steering system of the automobile runs normally.
本发明公开了一种符合功能安全的电动助力转向动力监控方法包括:采集车辆的速度、转向盘角度和方向盘所受的扭矩大小;将采集到的信息分别输入到电子控制单元和电子控制单元冗余模块;检测当前运行情况计算分析出驾驶员转向是否需要辅助转向扭矩;输出最终监控结果。本发明在EPS系统正常运行时,该电子控制单元模块可以起到监控的作用,在电动助力转向系统非预期激活时,可以关闭EPS,使汽车进入安全状态;而在电动助力转向系统电子控制单元失效时,冗余电子控制单元接管控制,使汽车电动助力转向系统正常运行。
