The invention discloses a crane monitoring method based on digital twinning, computer equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of cranes, the method comprises the following steps: constructing a crane arm grid model; inputting the real-time dynamic data into a pre-trained RBF proxy model to output real-time coarse grid deformation data and real-time coarse grid stress data of the coarse grid nodes; coloring the crane arm grid model according to the real-time coarse grid deformation data or the real-time coarse grid stress data so as to generate a crane arm model with a cloud picture effect; processing a pre-constructed equal-proportion three-dimensional model of the crane arm according to the real-time component relationship so as to generate a prototype model without a cloud picture effect; and constructing a stress-strain digital twinborn model of the crane arm according to the crane arm model and the prototype model. By adopting the method, the geometric morphology and the stress-strain state change of the crane in the operation process can be accurately known, the safe operation of the crane is ensured, and the potential safety hazard in the construction process is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于数字孪生的吊机监测方法、计算机设备及存储介质,涉及吊机技术领域,方法包括:构建吊机机臂网格模型;将实时动态数据输入预先训练好的RBF代理模型,以输出粗网格节点的实时粗网格变形数据及实时粗网格应力数据;根据实时粗网格变形数据或实时粗网格应力数据对吊机机臂网格模型进行上色处理,以生成含有云图效果的吊机机臂模型;根据实时部件关系对预先构建好的吊机机臂等比例三维模型进行处理,以生成不含云图效果的样机模型;根据吊机机臂模型及样机模型,构建吊机机臂的应力‑应变数字孪生模型。采用本发明,可准确了解吊机在运作过程中几何形态和应力‑应变状态变化,保障吊机安全运行,降低施工过程中的安全隐患。
