Actual measurement data of the structural stress are acquired and analyzed by adopting a sensing and communication technology, and the actual measurement data are input into the load identification neural network model to obtain the hoisting load and the hoisting position of the crane. And inputting the hoisting load and the hoisting position of the crane into the structural stress prediction neural network model and the structural deformation prediction neural network model, and predicting the stress and the deformation of the whole structure of the crane. And finally, realizing real-time visual display of full-state detection of the crane in a digital twin system by adopting a three-dimensional visual modeling method.
本发明提供一种基于数字孪生的起重机全状态监测方法,涉及数字孪生技术领域,本发明首先建立起重机几何模型,采用有限元分析得到起重机的有限元分析结果,基于有限元分析结果布置应力传感器,构建载荷识别神经网络模型,基于有限元分析结果构建结构应力预测神经网络模型以及结构变形预测神经网络模型。采用传感与通信技术采集并解析得到结构应力的实测数据,将实测数据输入载荷识别神经网络模型,得到起重机起升载荷和起升位置。将起重机起升载荷和起升位置输入到结构应力预测神经网络模型和结构变形预测神经网络模型,预测起重机全结构应力和变形。最后,采用三维可视化建模方法在数字孪生系统中实现起重机全状态的检测的实时可视化显示。
