The energy-saving hydraulic station comprises a motor, a gear pump and an oil tank, the oil tank is connected with the gear pump, the gear pump is connected to a lifting oil cylinder, the gear pump is electrically connected with the motor, the motor is electrically connected with a controller and a storage battery, a proportional valve is installed on a pipeline between the gear pump and the oil tank, and the proportional valve is electrically connected with the controller. In the descending process of goods, part of potential energy originally needing to be converted into heat energy is recycled, the recycled energy is used for charging a storage battery, and therefore the purpose of saving energy is achieved.
