The invention discloses a novel forklift energy-saving hydraulic system. An outlet control valve set adopts a two-position three-way reversing valve as a hydraulic cylinder/hydraulic motor high-low pressure oil way reversing valve. High-pressure and low-pressure oil ports of the hydraulic cylinder or the hydraulic motor can be connected with a high-pressure oil way and a low-pressure oil way correspondingly, and energy recycling is achieved. The operation speed of the actuator is controlled in an outlet throttling mode, and before oil in the energy recovery mode is connected back to an oil tank, energy of pressure-loading flow is converted into mechanical energy through an energy recovery hydraulic motor, and then the mechanical energy is converted into electric energy to be stored, so that energy recovery is achieved. When the electric quantity of the storage battery and the super capacitor reaches a certain degree, the controller enables the storage battery to drive the servo motor to drive the hydraulic pump to achieve time-sharing utilization of recycled energy. Independent control over the oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic cylinder/hydraulic motor and the servo motor can be achieved, the flow pressure loss of a traditional load port independent control valve set and a hydraulic pump is further reduced, meanwhile, the energy regeneration time-sharing utilization function is achieved, and system energy consumption is effectively reduced.
一种新型叉车节能液压系统,出口控制阀组采用两位三通换向阀作为液压缸/液压马达高低压油路换向阀。使得液压缸或液压马达高低压油口可以分别连接高压油路和低压油路,实现能量回收利用。以出口节流的方式控制执行器的运行速度,能量回收模式油液在接回油箱之前经过能量回收液压马达将载压流量的能量转换为机械能进而转换为电能存储实现能量再回收。蓄电池和超级电容电量达到一定程度时控制器使蓄电池驱动伺服电机驱动液压泵实现回收能量的分时利用。本发明能够实现液压缸/液压马达进出油口及伺服电机独立控制,进一步降低传统负载口独立控制阀组和液压泵的流量压力损失,同时实现能量再生分时利用功能,有效降低系统能耗。
