The invention provides an energy-saving forklift which comprises a forklift body, a cantilever support, a cantilever beam, a cantilever oil cylinder, a lifting guide rail, a lifting assembly and a pallet fork; front wheels and rear wheels are arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the forklift body; the cantilever support is arranged at the end, close to the rear wheels, of the top of the forklift body; one end of the cantilever beam is rotatably arranged on the cantilever support, and the other end of the cantilever beam is connected with the lifting guide rail; one end of the cantilever oil cylinder is arranged on the cantilever support, and the other end of the cantilever oil cylinder is connected with the cantilever beam; the lifting assembly is arranged on the lifting guide rail; and the output end of the lifting assembly is connected with the pallet fork. The overall gravity center of the pallet fork and the goods is moved to the position between the front wheels and the rear wheels of the forklift through the lifting assembly, the forklift is effectively prevented from inclining forwards when the goods are loaded, unloaded or moved, and therefore the use safety performance of the forklift is improved; and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the forklift can be reduced, and the cruising ability of the forklift is improved.

    本发明提出的一种节能叉车,包括车身、悬臂座、悬臂梁、悬臂油缸、提升导轨、提升组件和货叉;所述车身底部的两端设置有前轮和后轮;所述悬臂座设置在所述车身顶部靠近所述后轮的一端;所述悬臂梁的一端可转动地设置在所述悬臂座上,另一端与所述提升导轨连接;所述悬臂油缸的一端设置在所述悬臂座上,另一端与所述悬臂梁连接;所述提升组件设置在所述提升导轨上;所述提升组件的输出端与所述货叉连接。通过设置提升组件将货叉和货物两者整体的重心移动至叉车的前轮和后轮之间,有效地防止了叉车在装卸或者移动货物时发生前倾,从而提高了叉车的使用安全性能;同时,也可以降低叉车的耗能,提高叉车的续航能力。
