The invention relates to the technical field of battery equalization, in particular to a battery equalization control method and device and a power battery, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first charge state of each battery pack; charging for a set time period t1, acquiring a second charge state of each battery pack, determining a first change trend of the voltage of each battery pack along with time, and determining the highest voltage of the battery pack and a corresponding time point; carrying out passive equalization on the battery pack in the charging time period t2; acquiring a third charge state of each battery pack at the end of the charging time period t2; charging for a set time period t3, acquiring a fourth charge state of each battery pack, determining a second change trend of the voltage of each battery pack along with time, and determining the maximum voltage difference of the battery packs and a corresponding time point; and carrying out active equalization on the battery pack according to the maximum voltage difference and the corresponding time point in the charging time period t4. The active equalization and the passive equalization are distributed to different stages in the charging process to be executed, so that the active equalization is easier to carry out, and the consumption of the passive equalization is reduced.

    本发明涉及电池均衡技术领域,特别是涉及一种电池均衡控制方法、装置以及动力电池,包括:获取各电池包的第一荷电状态;充电一个设定时段t1,获取各电池包的第二荷电状态,确定各电池包的电压随时间的第一变化趋势,确定电池包的最高电压及对应时间点;在充电时段t2内,对电池包进行被动均衡;获取充电时段t2结束时各电池包的第三荷电状态;充电一个设定时段t3,获取各电池包的第四荷电状态,确定各电池包的电压随时间的第二变化趋势,确定电池包的最大压差及对应的时间点;在充电时段t4内,根据最大压差及对应的时间点对电池包进行主动均衡。本发明主动均衡及被动均衡分配到充电过程中的不同阶段执行,使主动均衡更易进行且减少被动均衡的消耗。
