The invention discloses a mobile charging robot troubleshooting method, device, system and equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps that at least one fault code of a mobile charging robot in the driving process is acquired; according to the at least one fault code, one or more pieces of fault information of the mobile charging robot are determined, and the fault information comprises an equipment type, a fault node and fault content; based on preset troubleshooting configuration information, a troubleshooting path and a troubleshooting strategy are determined according to the fault information, and the troubleshooting path is one of back-end troubleshooting, terminal troubleshooting and user troubleshooting; and based on the determined troubleshooting path and the troubleshooting strategy, the fault corresponding to the mobile charging robot is eliminated. According to the mobile charging robot troubleshooting method, diversified troubleshooting modes are provided, and the mobile charging robot troubleshooting method can be applied to special scenes such as underground garages, factory areas and other complex terrains or places with poor positioning signals.

    本申请公开了一种移动充电机器人故障排除方法、装置、系统、设备及介质,其方法包括:获取移动充电机器人在行驶过程中的至少一个故障码;根据所述至少一个故障码,确定所述移动充电机器人的一项或多项故障信息,所述故障信息包括设备类型、故障节点和故障内容;基于预设的故障排除配置信息,根据所述故障信息,确定故障排除途径和故障排除策略,其中,所述故障排除途径为后端排除、终端排除和用户排除中的一个;基于确定的故障排除途径和故障排除策略,对所述移动充电机器人对应的故障进行排除。本申请的移动充电机器人故障排除方法提供了多元化的故障排除方式,能够满足在特殊场景,如地下车库、厂区等复杂地形,或者定位信号不好的地方。
