The invention provides an elevator vibration troubleshooting method, system and device and a medium. The method comprises the steps that the first vibration main vibration frequency and the first amplitude of a vibration standard exceeding curve of an elevator car are obtained; then, a frequency converter of the electrical system is switched off, a brake of the elevator is switched off through power on, brake loosening and car sliding of the elevator are achieved, a vibration curve of each coordinate axis in car sliding of the elevator is obtained, and a plurality of second vibration data of car sliding of the elevator are further obtained; whether the fault reason of elevator vibration is an electrical system or not is quickly judged according to the standard vibration data, and if yes, troubleshooting is conducted on the electrical system; if not, acquiring a second vibration main vibration frequency and a second amplitude of a corresponding vibration curve in the second vibration data which does not meet the vibration standard; and finally, comparing the first vibration main vibration frequency with the second vibration main vibration frequency, and comparing the first amplitude with the second amplitude, and carrying out troubleshooting on the mechanical part or the electrical system according to a comparison result, so that the troubleshooting time can be shortened.
