According to the method, the current vehicle condition of the vehicle and the distance information between the vehicle and the obstacle are recognized and judged, the driver demand torque corresponding to the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is combined, the whole vehicle torque output of the vehicle is controlled through an algorithm, and the whole vehicle torque output gradient of the vehicle is correspondingly adjusted by comparing the torque variation in the cycle time; therefore, the problems of rising and jerking feeling and collision accidents caused by intense acceleration of the vehicle are avoided.
