According to the embodiment of the invention, when the electric quantity of the low-voltage battery meets the power demand of the target function, the low-voltage battery is preferentially used for supplying power to the load corresponding to the target function, so that the power-on time of the high-voltage battery can be shortened to a certain extent, and the power consumption of the high-voltage battery in a working state is reduced.
