The method comprises the following steps: for each station in any unmanned vehicle area, acquiring historical call list distribution information of the station, current call list distribution information of the station and current vehicle distribution information of the station, and determining the weight of the station according to the acquired information; and in response to determining that idle vehicles appear in the unmanned vehicle area, determining a target station according to the weight of each station, and scheduling the idle vehicles to the target station. According to the scheme, the vehicle utilization rate, the order forming rate and the like can be improved.
