The invention belongs to the field of application of guide pulley load in a full-size aircraft fatigue test, and particularly relates to a pulley structure for preventing friction of a steel wire rope, at least three coaxial pulleys are needed in total, and synchronous rotation of the pulleys is guaranteed through positioning pins. Each pulley groove is provided with a positioning hole, the tail end of the steel wire rope is fixed through the positioning holes, and it is guaranteed that the steel wire rope is free of relative movement and friction relative to the pulley grooves in the pulley rotating process. The three pulleys are divided into two sets of systems, and the pulleys on the two sides merge the steel wire ropes extending out of the pulleys through connecting plates to be connected with a loading part or a loading actuating cylinder; the middle pulley steel wire rope is connected with the other end. And the friction phenomenon between the steel wire rope and the pulley is avoided in the test process.
