The three pulleys are divided into two sets of systems, and the pulleys on the two sides merge the steel wire ropes extending out of the pulleys through connecting plates to be connected with a loading part or a loading actuating cylinder; the middle pulley steel wire rope is connected with the other end. And the friction phenomenon between the steel wire rope and the pulley is avoided in the test process.
