The invention provides a method for determining the angle of a guide pulley based on the guide pulley and a steel wire rope, which comprises the following steps: setting a calibration point on a support plane, then setting the guide pulley at the calibration point, and then enabling the steel wire rope on a winch to bypass a pulley at the top of a tripod, the guide pulley and an offset pulley; and recording a plane ABC1 where the steel wire rope is located at the minimum value, a plane ABC2 where the steel wire rope is located at the maximum value and an included angle a between the plane ABC1 and the plane ABC2 in the amplitude variation process of the suspension arm, taking the median value of the included angle a as an offset angle b of the guide pulley yoke, and readjusting the angle of the mounting seat to enable the axis of the mounting seat to coincide with an intersecting straight line of the plane ABC3 and the plane of the support, the guide pulley yoke with the offset angle b is mounted on the mounting seat, and after the guide pulley is mounted on the guide pulley yoke, the steel wire rope bypassing the guide pulley is discharged at the offset angle b, so that the included angle between the steel wire rope and the offset pulley can be reduced in the amplitude variation process of the suspension arm, and the abrasion of the steel wire rope is further reduced.
