    本发明公开了一种集装箱起吊设备用防钢丝绳脱槽滑轮,属于集装箱起吊设备技术领域,包括脱槽滑轮主体、连接横柱、起吊挂环、滑轮滚轴和中心连接柱,所述脱槽滑轮主体的内侧设置有连接横柱,所述起吊挂环的表面上设置有起吊挂环,所述脱槽滑轮主体的内侧且位于连接横柱的下方设置有滑轮滚轴,且所述脱槽滑轮主体的内侧且位于滑轮滚轴的内侧设置有中心连接柱。本发明通过采用滑轮滚轴、辅助转动轴承、活络钢珠、中心连接柱结合,方便解决现有的脱槽滑轮在使用过程中,滑轮内部的轴承容易发生卡住,导致使用时有造成意外风险的问题,通过以上结构以达到使脱槽滑轮在使用过程中,能够增强轴承转动的连贯性,避免轴承发生卡壳,减少意外发生的风险。
