According to the steel box girder hoisting device, an electrified magnet is arranged on the outer wall of a driving shaft, a first disc is arranged at one end of the driving shaft, and a first extrusion rod is arranged on one side of the outer wall of the first disc, so that a moving plate can drive a claw to move; when the steel box girder hoisting device is used for moving the position of the steel box girder, the steel box girder does not need to be moved through a steel cable, so that the hook cannot be separated from a groove, and the subsequent lap joint of the steel box girder cannot fail.

    本发明公开了一种具有防脱槽功能的桥梁建造用钢箱梁吊装装置,具体涉及桥梁建造技术领域,包括吊装本体,所述吊装本体内部开设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽内部设有电机,所述电机输出轴一端固定连接有主动轴,所述主动轴外壁固定连接有通电磁铁。本发明通过在主动轴外壁设置通电磁铁,在主动轴一端设置第一圆盘,在第一圆盘外壁一侧设置第一挤压杆使移动板可以带动钩爪运动,本发明中,当桥梁建造进行钢箱梁搭接时,需要通过钢箱梁吊装装置对钢箱梁进行位置移动,该钢箱梁吊装装置在对钢箱梁进行位置移动时,不需要通过钢索对钢箱梁进行移动,致使钩爪不会出现脱槽现象,致使后续钢箱梁搭接不会出现失败问题。
