The invention provides a new energy automobile power battery internal resistance calculation and prediction method, and belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles, and the method specifically comprises the steps: 1) collecting the charging condition data of the same automobile; 2) screening multi-stage constant current charging; 3) calculating the internal resistance of the battery of the vehicle by switching the voltage difference and the current difference at the constant current section; 4) screening the calculated internal resistance, and performing clustering analysis to obtain an internal resistance label; 5) extracting vehicle data features, and performing correlation analysis to obtain final required features; 6) building a feature regression model of the vehicle battery internal resistance tag and the vehicle data features; 7) extracting non-multi-stage constant-current charging characteristics to obtain a model, and inputting the model into a regression model; and 8) obtaining the internal resistance of the vehicle battery under various working conditions based on the regression model. And 9) predicting vehicle data features and putting the vehicle data features into the regression model to realize prediction of the internal resistance of the vehicle battery. The method solves the problems of calculation and prediction of the internal resistance of the new energy vehicle battery in different charging scenes.

    本发明提供一种新能源汽车动力电池内阻计算及预测方法,属于新能源汽车技术领域,具体方法包括:1)采集同一款车的充电工况数据;2)筛选多阶段恒流充电;3)通过切换恒流段处的电压差和电流差来计算车辆的电池内阻;4)对于计算出来的内阻进行筛选,然后聚类分析,得到内阻标签;5)提取车辆数据特征,并做相关性分析,得到最终需要特征;6)搭建车辆电池内阻标签与车辆数据特征的特征回归模型;7)提取非的多阶段恒流充电的特征得出模型输入回归模型,8)基于回归模型得到各种工况下的车辆电池内阻;9)预测车辆数据特征并放入回归模型实现车辆电池内阻的预测,本发明解决了不同充电场景下的新能源汽车电池内阻计算以及预测问题。
