本发明属于电动汽车动力电池技术领域,具体涉及一种动力电池电芯内阻异常的识别方法,包括获取电池数据并生成包含充电片段和放电片段的目标数据,判断目标数据中每一个放电片段的数据量N与预设的数据量阈值的大小关系,基于滑窗法和预设滑窗阈值r对每节电芯的放电片段构建滑动电压矩阵,并依据滑动电压矩阵计算得到相邻电芯之间的滑动最大相关系数,以构成滑动最大相关系数矩阵,计算滑动最大相关系数矩阵的特征值及其对应的特征向量,并根据对应某一节电芯对应的特征向量,确定电芯内阻是否异常;本发明通过通过特征向量构建的电芯特征能够有效的识别出电芯内阻异常的电芯,识别电芯电压之间协方差的隐式判别方法比直接计算内阻值的误差更小。
