The method comprises the following steps: determining an effective current step point when a vehicle is in a segmented constant-current charging or discharging working condition; calculating the internal resistance value of each battery cell according to the voltage data and the current data before and after the step moment so as to judge whether an abnormal battery cell with an abnormal internal resistance value appears in the same power battery or not; if yes, influence factors of the abnormal battery cell are obtained, and the influence factors comprise the type of the battery cell and the temperature, the step current, the SOC and the SOH of the battery cell at the step moment; comparing the influence factors with a plurality of groups of five-dimensional intervals, and determining a target five-dimensional interval to which the influence factors belong; screening out all internal resistance extreme values belonging to a target five-dimensional interval from the internal resistance extreme values corresponding to the power battery of the full-quantity vehicle, and forming a data set with the internal resistance values of the abnormal battery cells; performing statistical analysis on the data set to obtain an internal resistance recognition result of the abnormal battery cell; therefore, the abnormal battery cell can be quickly identified, the calculation mode is simple, and multi-scene application is supported.
本发明公开了一种电芯内阻异常识别方法、装置及终端设备,在车辆处于分段恒流充电或放电的工况下确定有效的电流阶跃点;根据阶跃时刻前后的电压数据和电流数据计算每个电芯的内阻值,以判断同一动力电池中是否出现内阻值异常的异常电芯;若是,则获取异常电芯的影响因素,影响因素包括电芯类型及其在阶跃时刻的温度、阶跃电流、SOC和SOH;将影响因素与若干组五维区间进行比较,确定影响因素所属的目标五维区间;从全量车的动力电池对应的内阻极值中筛选出属于目标五维区间的所有内阻极值并与异常电芯的内阻值构成数据集;对数据集进行统计分析,获得异常电芯的内阻识别结果;从而能够快速识别异常电芯,并且计算方式简单,支持多场景应用。
