The invention discloses a calculation method and system for the internal temperature of a power battery. The calculation method comprises the steps that the initial temperature of the power battery is obtained, and the power battery is heated; if the temperature of the power battery is larger than the preset value, heating is stopped, and the peak temperature of the power battery is obtained; after heating is stopped, the temperature of the power battery is detected to form the display temperature of the power battery; if the difference between the peak temperature and the initial temperature is smaller than or equal to the preset temperature difference, determining the display temperature as the first internal temperature of the power battery; and if the difference between the peak temperature and the initial temperature is greater than the preset temperature difference and the stop time is less than the first preset duration, calculating a second internal temperature of the power battery according to the display temperature. When the difference between the peak temperature and the initial temperature is greater than the preset temperature difference, the second internal temperature of the power battery is calculated according to the display temperature, so that the temperature of the power battery is more accurate, the over-charge or over-discharge risk of the battery is reduced, and the service life of the power battery is prolonged.

    本申请公开了一种动力电池内部温度的计算方法和计算系统,计算方法包括获取动力电池的起始温度并对动力电池加热;若动力电池的温度大于预设值,则停止加热并获取动力电池的峰值温度;停止加热后检测动力电池的温度,以形成动力电池的显示温度;若峰值温度与起始温度之差小于等于预设温差,将显示温度确定为动力电池的第一内部温度;若峰值温度与起始温度之差大于预设温差,并且停止时间小于第一预设时长,则根据显示温度计算动力电池的第二内部温度。由于在峰值温度与起始温度之差大于预设温差时,根据显示温度计算动力电池的第二内部温度,使得动力电池温度更为精准,降低电池过充或者过放风险,提高动力电池寿命。
