The invention relates to a three-degree-of-freedom posture adjusting mechanism which comprises a horizontal rotary table, a first rotating assembly, a second rotating assembly and two adjusting seats. The first rotating assembly is located on the horizontal rotary table. The fixed end of the second rotating assembly is connected with the movable end of the first rotating assembly, the movable end of the second rotating assembly is used for being connected with the movable platform, and the rotating direction of the movable end of the second rotating assembly is perpendicular to the rotating direction of the movable end of the first rotating assembly. One end of each adjusting seat is located on the horizontal rotary table, and the other end of each adjusting seat is connected with the movable platform and used for multi-directional adjustment of the posture of the movable platform. Compared with manual adjustment and measurement of workers without tools, the three-degree-of-freedom posture adjusting mechanism can quantitatively adjust the posture of the load, and the problems that in an existing assembling and splicing butt joint scene, the automation degree is low, and the butt joint precision is poor are solved.

    本发明涉及一种三自由度调姿机构,包括水平转台、第一转动组件、第二转动组件和两个调节座;第一转动组件位于水平转台之上;第二转动组件固定端与第一转动组件的活动端连接,第二转动组件的活动端用于连接动平台,且第二转动组件活动端转动方向与第一转动组件活动端的转动方向垂直;两个调节座一端位于水平转台之上,另一端连接动平台,用于对动平台的位姿进行多方位调节。该三自由度调姿机构相比于无工装的工人手工调整和测量,可以定量地调整负载的姿态,解决了现有组立拼装对接场景中自动化程度低、对接精度差的问题。
