According to the series-parallel connection type hybrid power tractor mechanical coupling device and the control method thereof, due to the fact that a gear ring on a first planetary gear set and a gear ring on a second planetary gear set are in external meshing transmission, the structure is more compact, the bearing capacity is larger, meanwhile, an engine, an ISG motor and a PTO motor are adopted as power sources of a tractor, and the mechanical coupling device is more compact in structure and higher in bearing capacity. The engine and the ISG motor transmit power to the variable-speed drive axle, the PTO motor independently drives the power to the rotary tillage mechanism, the power of the engine, the ISG motor and the PTO motor is converged to the variable-speed drive axle by controlling the double-row planetary gear coupling mechanism, the gearbox structure can be simplified, whole vehicle arrangement is facilitated, a proper working mode is selected according to different operation requirements, and the working efficiency is improved. And due to the introduction of the motor, the working area of the engine can be optimized, the energy utilization efficiency can be improved, the environmental pollution can be reduced, and the like.

    一种串并联式混合动力拖拉机机械耦合装置及其控制方法,本发明由于第一行星齿轮组上的齿圈和第二行星齿轮组上的齿圈外啮合传动,因此结构更为紧凑、承载能力更大,同时本发明采用发动机、ISG电机、PTO电机作为拖拉机的动力源,发动机、ISG电机把动力传递给变速驱动桥,PTO电机单独把动力驱动给旋耕机构,通过控制双排行星齿轮耦合机构实现发动机、ISG电机、PTO电机功率汇流到变速驱动桥,可以简化变速箱结构,有利于整车布置,根据不用的作业需求,选择合适的工作模式,从而提高发动机的工作效率和能量利用率,由于电机的引入,可以优化发动机工作区域,提高能量利用效率,减少环境污染等。
