The invention discloses a mechanical coupling device of a parallel hybrid power tractor and a control method thereof, and relates to the field of tractors. According to a planetary gear coupling mechanism arranged in the mechanical coupling device, due to external meshing transmission of a gear ring on a first planetary gear set and a gear ring on a second planetary gear set, the structure is more compact, and the bearing capacity is larger; meanwhile, the engine and the motor are adopted as the power source of the tractor, the engine independently transmits power to the variable-speed drive axle, the motor independently drives the power to the rotary tillage mechanism, the power of the engine and the power of the motor are converged to the variable-speed drive axle by controlling the planetary gear coupler, the gearbox structure can be simplified, and the transmission efficiency is improved. According to the technical scheme, arrangement of the whole vehicle is facilitated, proper working modes are selected according to different operation requirements, the working efficiency, the energy utilization rate and the like of the engine are improved, meanwhile, due to introduction of the motor, the working area of the engine can be optimized, the energy utilization rate can be improved, and environmental pollution is reduced, and the system is suitable for large-scale application and popularization.

    一种并联式混合动力拖拉机机械耦合装置及其控制方法,涉及拖拉机领域,本发明中设置的行星齿轮耦合机构,由于第一行星齿轮组上的齿圈和第二行星齿轮组上的齿圈外啮合传动,因此结构更为紧凑、承载能力更大,同时本发明采用发动机和电机双动力作为拖拉机的动力源,发动机单独把动力传递给变速驱动桥,电机单独把动力驱动给旋耕机构,通过控制行星齿轮耦合器实现发动机和电机功率汇流到变速驱动桥,可以简化变速箱结构,有利于整车布置,根据不用的作业需求,选择合适的工作模式,从而提高发动机的工作效率和能量利用率等,同时由于电机的引入,可以优化发动机工作区域,提高能量利用效率,减少环境污染等,适合大范围的推广和应用。
