The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic anti-drag coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding micron silicon dioxide and nano ZIF-8 into an SEBS (Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene) solution, and uniformly mixing; and S2, spraying the mixed solution prepared in the step S1 on a substrate to obtain the super-hydrophobic anti-drag coating, wherein the mass ratio of the dosage of the micron silicon dioxide to the dosage of the nano ZIF-8 to the dosage of the SEBS is (1.2 to 2.4) to (0.3 to 0.6) to (2.4 to 3). The contact angle of the prepared coating can reach 168.34 degrees, the maximum drag reduction rate is 38%, and the coating has excellent super-hydrophobic performance and drag reduction performance. And the prepared coating has excellent stability, so that the coating is not easy to crack and fall off in the long-term service process.

    本发明公开了一种超疏水减阻涂层、其制备方法和应用,其制备方法包括如下步骤:S1、将微米二氧化硅和纳米ZIF‑8加入SEBS溶液,混合均匀;S2、将步骤S1制得的混合液喷涂于基底上,即得所述超疏水减阻涂层;其中,所述微米二氧化硅、所述纳米ZIF‑8和所述SEBS的用量的质量比为(1.2~2.4):(0.3~0.6):(2.4~3)。本发明制备的涂层接触角可达168.34°,最大减阻率为38%,具有优异的超疏水性能和减阻性能。且本发明制备的涂层具有优良的稳定性,使得在长期服役过程中涂层不易破裂脱落。
