The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic navigation body with a drag reduction function and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the super-hydrophobic navigation body comprises the steps that a metal substrate is chemically oxidized in an alkaline solution of persulfate, and after a metal nanowire middle layer grows, on the basis of the structure, a sample is further transferred into an organic ligand solution, ananowire-nanowhisker multilevel structure is constructed; and finally,through low-surface-energy substance modification, the two-dimensional super-hydrophobic material is obtained. The prepared super-hydrophobic two-dimensional material has high toughness, can be bent into a three-dimensional cage shape to serve as a navigation body, has high water bearing capacity and water surface navigation speed, and has excellent chemical environment tolerance in acid, alkaline and salt solutions. Due to the introduction of low-surface-energy substances, the materialis endowed with good antifouling property and self-cleaning capability, and meanwhile, the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate is also remarkably improved, so that the mechanical stability of the super-hydrophobic material is greatly improved.

    本发明公开一种具有减阻功能的超疏水航行体及其制备方法,超疏水航行体的制备方法是将金属基底在过硫酸盐的碱性溶液中进行化学氧化,生长出金属纳米线中间层后,以此结构为基础,进一步将样品转移至有机配体溶液中,构筑纳米线‑纳米须多级结构,最后通过低表面能物质修饰,得到二维超疏水材料。本发明所制备的超疏水二维材料,由于具有较高的韧性,可弯折成三维笼状作为航行体,具有较高的水上承载能力和水面航行速度,并且在酸性、碱性和盐类溶液中具有优异的化学环境耐受性。低表面能物质的引入,不仅赋予材料很好的防污性和自清洁能力,同时也显著提高了涂层和基底之间的结合强度,使得超疏水材料的机械稳定性得到了大幅提升。
