The invention discloses a rotary buffer device for a building tower crane driving motor. The rotary buffer device comprises a main rotary shell. The device is installed between a driving motor and a tower crane steel wire winding wheel, when the driving motor suddenly works, the main rotating plate in the device can be driven to rotate, meanwhile, the position of the fan-shaped body structure on the side face of the main rotating plate can be changed relative to the interior of the annular space, and therefore high-pressure air in the device is compressed again, rotating resistance is formed during compression, and the rotating speed is increased. The rotation resistance has a buffering effect, so that when the driving motor drives the tower crane steel wire winding wheel to rotate, a certain degree of acceleration space can be generated due to the lifting gravity, and the bearing instant pressure on tower crane components caused by sudden lifting of a static object at the beginning of lifting of the tower crane is effectively reduced; and when the resistance difference caused by acceleration can also reflect the hoisting mass, and when the resistance difference is greater than the torque strength of the fan-shaped body structure, the main spiral spring can be compressed, so that the service life of internal parts is protected.

    本发明公开了一种建筑塔吊驱动电机用旋转缓冲装置,包括主旋转外壳。本发明安装在驱动电机和塔吊钢丝卷扬轮之间,在驱动电机突然工作时,会带动内部的主旋转板旋转,同时,主旋转板侧面的扇形体结构会相对于环形空间内部发生位置变化,因此其内部高压空气被再次压缩,压缩时形成旋转阻力,该旋转阻力具备缓冲效果,进而使得驱动电机带动塔吊钢丝卷扬轮旋转时,会由于起重重力而发生一定程度的加速空间,进而有效降低塔吊在起重的初始时,由于静止物体突然提升,对塔吊部件造成的承受瞬间压力,此外,当加速造成的阻力差也能反映起重时的质量,当该阻力差大于扇形体结构的扭矩强度时,主螺旋弹簧能够压缩,进而保护内部部件的使用寿命。
