The invention provides a tower crane calibration system and method, electronic equipment and a machine readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of building machinery, and the system comprises a tower crane controller which realizes tower crane calibration based on a calibration instruction received from a corresponding near-end controller, and generates a calibration feedback signal according to the calibration process; the near-end controller is arranged in a cab of the tower crane, is in communication connection with the tower crane controller on the same tower crane and is used for generating a calibration instruction based on the control instruction received from the far-end calibration platform, receiving a calibration feedback signal sent by the corresponding tower crane controller and forwarding the calibration feedback signal to the far-end calibration platform; and the far-end calibration platform is in communication connection with the near-end controllers and is used for sending control instructions to the corresponding near-end controllers and receiving calibration feedback signals forwarded by the near-end controllers according to the external input signals. According to the invention, remote calibration of the tower crane is realized, personnel are prevented from going to the cab of the tower crane for calibration, the calibration efficiency is improved, and the safety management capability of the tower crane is improved.
本发明提供一种塔机标定系统、方法、电子设备及机器可读存储介质,属于建筑机械技术领域,系统包括:塔机控制器,基于接收自对应的近端控制器的标定指令实现塔机标定,根据标定过程生成标定反馈信号;近端控制器,设置在塔机司机室内,与同一塔机上的塔机控制器通信连接,用于基于接收自远端标定平台的控制指令生成标定指令,接收对应的塔机控制器发送的标定反馈信号,以及转发标定反馈信号至远端标定平台;远端标定平台,与近端控制器通信连接,根据外部输入信号,向对应的近端控制器发送控制指令和接收近端控制器转发的标定反馈信号。本发明通过对塔机实现远程标定,避免人员上到塔机司机室内进行标定,提高标定效率,提升塔机的安全管理能力。
