According to the method, the two angle sensors are arranged to measure the perpendicularity deviation value of the tower body of the tower crane, the posture of the tower body of the tower crane is rapidly and accurately adjusted according to cooperation of the two angle sensors before attachment operation of the tower crane, the perpendicularity of the tower body of the tower crane can be rapidly rectified, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种塔吊塔身纠偏方法、纠偏系统、塔吊及可读存储介质,塔吊上沿垂直于塔吊起重臂的方向设置有第一角度传感器,沿平行于塔吊起重臂的方向设置有第二角度传感器;其中,塔吊塔身纠偏方法包括:基于第一角度传感器的读数,转动塔吊起重臂至塔吊塔身垂直度偏差值最大或最小的方向;前后移动塔吊上的变幅小车,并记录第二角度传感器的读数,获得参考偏差值读数;当参考偏差值读数落入预设偏差值读数范围时,停止移动变幅小车,完成纠偏。本发明通过设置两个角度传感器测量塔吊塔身垂直度偏差值,并在塔吊附着作业前,依据两个角度传感器的配合,快速、精准调整塔吊塔身的姿态,可迅速对塔吊塔身垂直度进行纠偏,提高工作效率。
