The invention discloses a method and system for detecting the perpendicularity deviation value of a tower body of a tower crane and the tower crane, and the method comprises the steps that an angle sensor is provided and assembled on a horizontal structural member of the tower crane; calibrating the angle sensor to obtain a correction constant of the angle sensor; rotating a balance arm of the tower crane, and reading the angle sensor to obtain a real-time reference deviation angle; and calculating according to the real-time reference deviation angle and the correction constant to obtain an actual perpendicularity deviation value of the tower crane. The perpendicularity deviation value of the tower body of the tower crane is directly measured through the angle sensor, the problems that operation is complex and time and labor are consumed in the traditional detection process of the perpendicularity deviation value of the tower body of the tower crane are effectively solved, after the angle sensor is assembled and calibrated for the first time, recalibration and correction are not needed even if the tower crane is transferred for use, and the detection efficiency is improved. And the verticality deviation value of the tower body of the tower crane can be quickly and accurately measured.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊塔身垂直度偏差值的检测方法、检测系统以及塔吊,其中,包括:提供一角度传感器装配至塔吊水平结构件上;对所述角度传感器进行校准,获得所述角度传感器的修正常数;转动所述塔吊的平衡臂,对所述角度传感器进行读数,获得实时参考偏差角度;依据所述实时参考偏差角度和所述修正常数计算,获得所述塔吊的实际垂直度偏差值。本发明通过角度传感器直接测量塔吊塔身垂直度偏差值,有效解决了传统的塔吊塔身垂直度偏差值检测过程中操作复杂、耗时费力的问题,并且在角度传感器装配好并首次校准之后,即使塔吊转场使用也无需重新校准和修正,可快速、准确地测量塔吊塔身垂直度偏差值。
