The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a ribbed steel beam hoisting in-place and clamping plate mounting device and a construction method thereof. A ribbed steel beam hoisting in-place and clamping plate mounting device comprises a sling and a steel beam and further comprises a set of hoisting clamp assemblies, a set of steel beam in-place clamp assemblies and a clamping plate mounting assembly, and the hoisting clamp assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the steel beam and connected through adjustable connecting rods; the steel beam in-place clamp assembly is arranged on the side, away from a steel beam, of the hoisting clamp assembly and can rotate relative to the hoisting clamp assembly, and the clamping plate mounting assembly is slidably arranged below the hoisting clamp assembly and the steel beam in-place clamp assembly. According to the device structure, the functional requirements of steel beam hoisting, steel beam in-place, clamping plate installation and the like are integrated, multiple functions of the device are achieved, the installation difficulty of the large-size steel clamping plate is effectively reduced through the construction method, the steel beam hoisting efficiency and the steel clamping plate installation efficiency are well improved, and meanwhile the safety risk of high-strength operation of workers is reduced.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种带肋钢梁吊装就位和夹板安装装置及其施工方法。一种带肋钢梁吊装就位和夹板安装装置,包括吊索和钢梁,还包括一组吊装夹具组件、一组钢梁就位夹具组件和夹板安装组件,吊装夹具组件对称设置在钢梁两侧并通过可调连接杆连接,钢梁就位夹具组件设置在吊装夹具组件远离钢梁的一侧且能相对于吊装夹具组件进行旋转,夹板安装组件滑动设置在吊装夹具组件和钢梁就位夹具组件下方。该装置结构将钢梁吊装、钢梁就位和夹板安装等功能需求集于一体,实现装置多功能,该施工方法有效降低了大尺寸钢制夹板的安装难度,很好地提高了钢梁吊装及钢制夹板的安装效率,同时降低了工人高强度作业的安全风险。
