The invention relates to the technical field of shipbuilding, and particularly discloses a shipbuilding steel plate hoisting and clamping device which comprises an electric hoist and an induction baffle, the induction baffle is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the electric hoist, and the bottom end of the electric hoist slidably extends out of the bottom end of the induction baffle; the stabilizing mechanism is detachably arranged at the bottom end of the electric hoist; the stabilizing mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the stabilizing mechanism; and the clamping mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the stabilizing mechanism. The device can remarkably improve the stability and safety in the steel plate hoisting process and effectively avoid the problems of swinging, shaking and accidental falling of the steel plate in a traditional conveying mode, so that the operation difficulty is greatly reduced, potential safety hazards are reduced, continuous and efficient operation of a production line is guaranteed, meanwhile, material loss and equipment damage are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. The operation cost and the maintenance cost of an enterprise are remarkably reduced, maximum cyclic utilization of resources is promoted, and double improvement of economic benefits and environmental protection benefits is achieved.

    本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,具体公开了一种船舶建造钢板吊装夹持装置,包括:电葫芦和感应挡板,所述感应挡板设置于电葫芦的底端中部,所述电葫芦的底端可滑动的延伸出感应挡板的底端;所述平稳机构可拆卸的设置于电葫芦的底端;所述稳固机构设置于平稳机构的底端;所述夹持机构设置于稳固机构的底端。本装置能够显著提升钢板吊装过程中的稳定性与安全性,有效避免传统输送方式中的摇摆、晃动及钢板意外掉落问题,从而大幅降低操作难度,减少安全隐患,保障生产线连续高效运行,同时减少物料损失与设备损坏,显著降低企业的运营成本与维护成本,促进资源的最大化循环利用,实现经济效益与环保效益的双重提升。
