The invention discloses a ship main propulsion remote control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting handle voltage data, equally dividing the voltage data, outputting the handle data, converting the output handle data into a rotating speed signal for controlling a motor, and outputting a current rotating speed signal of the motor; then, based on the output current motor rotating speed signal, ahead running or back running control over the ship is completed; according to the system, the function of rapidly converting collected handle data into motor rotating speed signals is achieved, in the conversion process, three propelling modes including the ahead propelling mode, the neutral gear propelling mode and the reverse propelling mode can be rapidly switched, and meanwhile the system further has the function of remotely switching the control right in the ship propelling process; in the whole process, rapid switching can be achieved through manual communication, and the functions of ship detection and alarm signal output in the propelling process are achieved, so that workers can check out unstable factors of the system in time, the safety of the system is guaranteed, and the system is suitable for being widely popularized and used.

    本发明公开了一种船舶主推进遥控方法及其系统,首先采集手柄电压数据并将电压数据等分后输出手柄数据,再根据输出的手柄数据转换成控制电机的转速信号并输出当前电机转速信号,接着基于输出的当前电机转速信号完成对船舶的正车或倒车控制;本发明实现了具有能根据采集的手柄数据快速转换成电机转速信号的功能,且在转换过程中还能快速切换成正车、空挡和倒车三种推进模式,同时该系统还具有在船舶推进过程中远程切换控制权的功能,且整个过程中需要人工通信就可快速切换,还实现了具有在推进过程中对船舶进行检测和输出报警信号的功能,这就使得工作人员能及时排查出系统的不稳定因素,保障了系统的安全性,适合被广泛推广和使用。
