The invention discloses a small underwater robot buoyancy adjusting device based on seawater electrolysis, which is fixed at the upper part of a sealing cavity end cover of a small underwater robot and comprises a flow guide cover fixed with the sealing cavity end cover, the top of the flow guide cover is provided with an exhaust hole and an electric control switch module used for controlling opening and closing of the exhaust hole. The electric control switch module is connected with a circuit in the sealing cavity through a watertight cable; an electrolytic anode and an electrolytic cathode which are arranged in a mutual sleeving manner are arranged in the flow guide cover; the electrolytic anode and the electrolytic cathode are respectively fixed on the end cover of the sealing cavity through an anode watertight connector and a cathode watertight connector and are connected with an electrolytic control circuit in the sealing cavity; and a water permeable hole is formed in the sealing cavity end cover. The buoyancy adjusting device is simple in structure, an additional sensor is not needed, the flow guide cover structure is used as a buoyancy adjusting gas container, external oil bags or air bags of a traditional buoyancy adjusting device are reduced, the gas volume can be detected in the gas production and exhaust process, and quantitative control over buoyancy is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种基于电解海水的小型水下机器人浮力调节装置,固定在小型水下机器人的密封腔端盖上部,包括与密封腔端盖固定的导流罩;所述的导流罩顶部设有排气孔和用于控制排气孔开关的电控开关模块;所述的电控开关模块通过水密缆与密封腔内的电路相连;所述的导流罩内部设有相互套设布置的电解阳极和电解阴极,所述的电解阳极和电解阴极分别通过阳极水密连接器和阴极水密连接器固定在密封腔端盖上并与密封腔内的电解控制电路相连;所述的密封腔端盖上设有透水孔。本发明结构简单,无需额外传感器,使用导流罩结构作为浮力调节气体容器,减少了传统浮力调节装置外置的油囊或气囊,可以在产气和排气过程中检测气体体积,便于浮力的定量控制。
