The method comprises the following steps: configuring a server and a mobile monitoring device capable of maneuvering in a specified water area; the configuration server comprises the following steps: receiving video/image data uploaded by the mobile monitoring device, performing image recognition, obtaining a recognition result, and returning the recognition result; the configuration of the mobile monitoring device comprises the following steps: if the identification result has a specified overwater unit, executing a shooting fixed action, and searching a preset database according to the identification result to obtain the size of the overwater unit; calculating the pixel size of an overwater unit image shot in real time, and solving an image scale; calculating an estimated distance between the mobile monitoring device and the overwater unit based on an image scale; if the estimated distance is greater than a preset following threshold value, early warning information is sent to a specified terminal through the server, and the mobile monitoring device is controlled to approach a specified overwater unit to send fishing interference information. The method can help workers to improve the intrusion management effect of the offshore wind plant.
本发明公开了一种海上风电场船舶入侵识别预警方法及系统,其方法包括:配置服务器和配置可在指定水域机动的移动监测装置;配置服务器包括:接收移动监测装置上传的视频/图像数据做图像识别,得到识别结果并回传;配置移动监测装置包括:若识别结果存在指定水上单位,则执行拍摄固定动作,且根据识别结果查找预设的数据库,得到水上单位的尺寸;计算实时拍摄的水上单位图像的像素尺寸,求图像比例尺;基于图像比例尺计算移动监测装置与水上单位的估计距离;若估计距离大于预设跟随阈值,则通过服务器向指定终端发送预警信息,且控制移动监测装置接近指定水上单位,发出捕鱼干扰信息。本申请可以帮助工作人员改善海上风电场的入侵管理效果。
