The invention relates to the technical field of ship early warning, in particular to an acousto-optic early warning method and system for offshore wind power plant safety supervision, and the method comprises the following steps: an offshore wind power plant and a water area adjacent to the offshore wind power plant is divided into a tracking area, a warning area and a wind power plant water area, a visible light-infrared fusion camera on the wind power plant is taken as monitoring equipment, and ships in adjacent water areas of the offshore wind power plant around the clock are tracked and positioned by using a method based on multi-view vision; and when it is monitored that the ship enters the tracking area, the monitoring equipment performs continuous tracking, when the ship drives out of the tracking area, tracking is stopped, and when the ship enters the warning area, a signal is sent to start acousto-optic early warning equipment at the corresponding position. The offshore wind power plant and the adjacent water area are divided into the tracking area, the warning area and the wind power plant water area, ships mistakenly entering the adjacent water area of the offshore wind power plant are tracked and positioned, warning and persuasion are conducted when necessary, and therefore safe operation of the offshore wind power plant and navigation safety of passing ships are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及船舶预警技术领域,具体为一种面向海上风电场安全监管的声光预警方法及系统,包括如下步骤:将海上风电场及其邻近水域分为跟踪区、警戒区和风电场水域,并通过风电场上的可见光‑红外融合摄像头作为监控设备,利用基于多目视觉的方法全天候对海上风电场邻近水域船舶进行跟踪定位;当监测到船舶进入跟踪区时,监控设备持续跟踪,当船舶驶出跟踪区时,停止跟踪,当船舶进入警戒区时,发送信号启动相应位置的声光预警设备。本发明将海上风电场及其邻近水域分为跟踪区、警戒区和风电场水域,对误入海上风电场邻近水域船舶跟踪定位,必要时进行警告和劝离,以保障海上风电场的安全运行和过往船舶的通航安全。
