The invention discloses an offshore wind power plant early warning system, and the system comprises a data acquisition module which comprises an AIS module and a radar module, wherein the AIS module senses an AIS device of a ship and monitors dynamic information of the ship, and the radar module acquires position information of a wind power plant; a comprehensive processing module which is used for receiving the information of the data acquisition module and judging whether the ship route passes through the wind power plant; and an early warning module which is controlled by the upper computerof the comprehensive processing module, wherein the early warning module has an opening working state and a closing working state. According to the offshore wind power plant early warning system, thedata acquisition module is used for monitoring the ship route and the actual situation of the wind power plant, a comprehensive informatization platform is built, the comprehensive processing moduleis used as an upper control system for monitoring the offshore wind power plant, and if accident risks exist, the early warning module is controlled in time to send out warning signals; while the maintenance cost and the supervision cost are reduced, the traffic safety and the navigation efficiency of the service area are improved.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电场预警系统,包括数据采集模块,包括AIS模块和雷达模块,AIS模块感应船舶的AIS装置,监测船舶的动态信息,雷达模块获取风电场的位置信息;综合处理模块,接收数据采集模块的信息,判断船舶的航线是否经过风电场;预警模块,受综合处理模块的上位控制,预警模块具有开启和关闭两个工作状态。此海上风电场预警系统利用数据采集模块监测船舶的航线和风电场实际情况,搭建综合信息化平台,利用综合处理模块作为上位控制系统监控海上风电场,若存在事故风险则及时控制预警模块发出警告信号,减少维护成本、减少监管成本的同时,提高服务区域交通安全和通航效率。
