The invention discloses a robot for underwater structure maintenance. The robot comprises a land control system, a main cabin, a front end, a rear end, a mechanical arm assembly and a propeller. The main cabin is connected with the front end and the rear end, the propellers are arranged at the front end and the rear end, and the mechanical arm assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the main cabin. A balance ballast, motors and a processor are arranged in the main cabin, the balance ballast is used for maintaining the stability of the robot, and the motors and the processor are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the balance ballast; the front end and the rear end are each provided with a first high-definition camera, the front end is further provided with a sonar, and the searchlight, the first high-definition cameras and the sonar are all used for image recognition. The invention further discloses a design method of the robot. The device can be suitable for places with extremely severe environments such as seabed cliff and seabed high-temperature water areas, the moving range is not limited, steering is flexible, and the device can adapt to complex water areas; and a real-time communication function can be realized, and control instructions can be uploaded to a land console in real time, so that operators can conveniently observe and issue corresponding control instructions.

    本发明公开了一种用于水下结构检修的机器人,包括陆上控制系统、主舱室、前端、后端、机械臂组件和推进器;主舱室分别与前端、后端相连,前端、后端上均设置推进器,机械臂组件对称设置在主舱室的两侧;主舱室内设置平衡压载、电机、处理器,平衡压载用于维持机器人稳定,平衡压载的两端对称设置电机、处理器;前端、后端上均设置高清摄像头一,前端上还设置声呐、探照灯,高清摄像头一、声呐均用于图像识别。本发明还公开了该机器人的设计方法。本发明能够适用于海底悬崖,海底高温水域等环境极为恶劣的地方,活动范围不受限,转向灵活,能够适应复杂水域;能够实时通讯功能且实时上传至陆上控制台,方便操纵人员观察和下达相应的控制指令。
