The invention provides a wheel anti-collision method and system, a computer readable storage medium and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps that the distance between an obstacle and a wheel is detected through a wheel radar so as to judge whether an obstacle exists near the wheel or not, and the obstacle comprises a low obstacle lower than a vehicle chassis; in response to a judgment result that an obstacle exists near the wheel, acquiring an image of the obstacle, and analyzing the image to obtain an included angle between the obstacle and the displacement direction of the wheel; and according to the distance from the obstacle to the wheel and the included angle between the obstacle and the displacement direction of the wheel, carrying out wheel radar alarm. By executing the steps, the wheel anti-collision method can meet the application requirements of a driver on various actual scenes such as roadside parking, side parking, narrow road steering and narrow road turning around.
