According to the invention, through information acquisition, judgment and early warning processes, it is actively judged that the vehicle will not collide with the height limiting facility in advance, a more intelligent and more accurate safety guarantee is provided for vehicle passing, the risk of traffic accidents is reduced, and the safety of road driving is improved.
