The invention relates to a tower crane information collection method and system, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that sensor data are received in real time, and the sensor data comprise sensor types and values; acquiring a data transmission rule according to the sensor type, and judging whether a data transmission condition is met according to the data transmission rule and the numerical value; and when the data transmission condition is met, the sensor data is forwarded to the monitoring center server. The problem that the demand supply is not timely due to the fact that intelligent allocation cannot be achieved due to shortage of medical equipment is solved, and the demand supply and allocation method and device have the effect of accurately supplying and allocating the demand in real time.
