The multi-terrain inspection robot comprises a frame, a power source and a servo controller, the power source and the servo controller are mounted on the frame, a steering mechanism is mounted at one end of the frame, a triangular planet wheel assembly is mounted on the steering mechanism, and a common wheel assembly and a crawler wheel assembly are mounted at the other end of the frame. The common wheel assembly and the crawler wheel assembly are both of a power structure. Through the cooperation of the three wheel sets, the adaptability of the inspection robot to various application scenes is improved. On a smooth road surface, a wheel type is adopted to be matched with a triangular planet wheel to advance, a special crawler wheel is not used, the advancing speed is high, the efficiency of the vehicle is improved, meanwhile, abrasion to the crawler triangular wheel is reduced, and the service life is prolonged; when the terrain is complex or the user needs to go upstairs, the special triangular crawler wheels are matched with the triangular planet wheels to advance, and the crawler wheels pass through various roadblocks by utilizing the characteristics of rolling advancing and the special cross-country ability of the crawler wheels, so that the crawler wheels are suitable for advancing in various terrains.
本发明公开了基于异形轮组的多地形巡检机器人,包括车架和安装其上的电源以及伺服控制器,所述车架的一端安装有转向机构,转向机构上安装有三角行星轮组件,车架的另一端分别安装有普通轮组件和履带轮组件,普通轮组件和履带轮组件均为动力结构。本发明三种轮组的配合,提升了巡检机器人对各种应用场景的适应性。当在平缓路面时,我们采用轮式配合三角行星轮前进,而不用特质的履带轮,行进速度较快,提高车的效率,同时降低对履带三角轮的磨损,延长使用寿命;当遇到地势复杂或需要上楼梯时,采用特质的三角履带轮配合三角行星轮行进,利用可翻滚行进及履带轮特有的越野能力的特点,通过各种路障,从而适应多种地形的行进。
