The invention provides a method for testing the actual locking rail temperature of a seamless track on a large-span bridge. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of measuring points are arranged at key positions of a seamless track on a large-span bridge, and the bridge deflection, the steel rail longitudinal force, the bridge longitudinal displacement and the rail temperature at each measuring point are monitored through sensors; calculating the steel rail deflection additional force according to the linear correlation between the bridge deflection and the steel rail deflection additional force; calculating the steel rail extension additional force according to the correlation between the longitudinal displacement of the bridge and the steel rail extension additional force; and the actual locking rail temperature is calculated according to the steel rail longitudinal force, the steel rail bending additional force, the steel rail stretching additional force and the rail temperature. According to the method, the longitudinal force of the steel rail is removed in sequence according to the linear relation between the longitudinal force of the steel rail and the space deformation of the bridge, the real-time monitoring value of the basic temperature force is obtained, then the actual locking rail temperature is obtained, and daily maintenance work of a railway engineering part on a seamless track is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种大跨径桥上无缝线路实际锁定轨温测试方法。该方法包括:在大跨径桥上无缝线路的关键位置设置多个测点,利用传感器对每个测点位置处的桥梁挠度、钢轨纵向力、桥梁纵向位移和轨温进行监测;根据桥梁挠度与钢钢轨挠曲附加力之间的线性相关性计算得到钢钢轨挠曲附加力;根据桥梁纵向位移与钢轨伸缩附加力之间的相关性计算得到钢轨伸缩附加力;根据钢轨纵向力、钢钢轨挠曲附加力、钢轨伸缩附加力和轨温计算得到实际锁定轨温。本发明利用钢轨纵向力与桥梁空间变形之间的线性关系将钢轨纵向力依次剔除,获得基本温度力的实时监测值,进而获得实际锁定轨温,便于铁路工务部分对无缝线路进行日常的养护与维修工作。
