The invention relates to a battery changing station capable of flexibly adapting to the battery size. The battery changing station comprises a battery changing mechanism and a charging base. The battery replacing mechanism comprises a moving crane, a steel wire rope reel is arranged in the moving crane, and a steel wire rope output by the steel wire rope reel is connected with a lifting appliance; the lifting appliance is a lifting appliance which can be adapted to battery packs with different specifications; and the charging seat can be adapted to battery packs with different specifications. According to the battery replacing station capable of flexibly adapting to the battery size, the horizontal adjusting mechanisms are arranged in the lifting appliance and the charging base, so that the limiting block and the alignment block which play a positioning role can be timely adjusted according to the size parameters of the battery pack, and therefore, the requirement of a battery replacing site where the battery packs with different sizes and specifications are used together is met; and the battery replacement efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种柔性自适应电池尺寸的换电站,包括换电机构,及充电座;换电机构包括移动行车,所述移动行车内设有钢丝绳卷筒,所述钢丝绳卷筒输出钢丝绳与吊具相连;所述吊具为可适配不同规格电池包的吊具;所述充电座为可适配不同规格电池包的充电座。本发明的一种柔性自适应电池尺寸的换电站,通过在吊具及充电座内设置水平调整机构,使起到定位作用的限位块及对准块能够根据电池包的尺寸参数进行适时调整,从而满足了不同尺寸规格电池包混用的换电现场,极大的提高了换电效率。
