The invention discloses a battery lock mechanism capable of adapting to batteries of different sizes for a battery changing cabinet, which comprises a battery changing cabinet shell, an upper limiting mechanism is mounted on the upper side in the battery changing cabinet shell, a mounting block is mounted on the lower side in the battery changing cabinet shell, a mounting rod is mounted on the inner side of the mounting block, and a supporting plate is arranged on the upper side of a damping mechanism; the positioning rod is mounted on the inner side of the supporting plate, a rear clamping plate arranged on the supporting plate is mounted on the outer side of the supporting plate, a front clamping plate is fixed to the front end of the rear clamping plate, and the upper limiting mechanism comprises a mounting base, a mounting plate, a front limiting block and a rear limiting block; and the damping mechanism comprises a limiting seat, a positioning strip, a positioning seat, a limiting strip, a mounting base and a limiting rod. The battery lock mechanism for the battery changing cabinet capable of adapting to the batteries with the different sizes can adapt to the batteries with the different sizes for mounting and limiting, is high in adaptability, and can be used for damping the batteries in the cabinet so as to prevent the batteries from being damaged due to vibration.

    本发明公开了一种能适应不同尺寸电池的换电柜用电池锁机构,包括:换电柜外壳,其内部上侧安装有上限位机构,且换电柜外壳的内部下侧安装有安装块,所述安装块的内侧安装有安装杆,所述减震机构的上侧设置有支撑板;定位杆,其安装于支撑板的内侧,且支撑板的外侧安装有设置于支撑板上的后夹板,所述后夹板的前端固定有前夹板,所述上限位机构包括安装座、安装板、前限位块和后限位块,所述减震机构包括限位座、定位条、定位座、限位条、安装底座和限位杆。该能适应不同尺寸电池的换电柜用电池锁机构,能够适应不同尺寸的电池进行安装限位,适配性高,且能够对柜内的电池进行减震,以避免电池受震动而损坏。
