The invention provides a safety early warning method and device in the charging process of an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of data processing. According to the method, analysis is carried out based on fault characteristics existing in the historical charging process of the electric vehicle, multi-dimensional evaluation indexes such as an actual voltage value, a current difference value, a voltage change rate, a current change rate, a temperature difference value and the number of times of triggering an emergency stop button are determined for information fusion, a health grade state prediction value is constructed, and early warning grades are divided; and then deep learning is carried out by using a generative adversarial network based on the result to obtain an operation state prediction model, and charging data collected in real time is input into the operation state prediction model for identification to obtain a charging operation state early warning level. The electric vehicle charging fault early warning method is high in early warning precision, high in recognition degree, high in recognition speed and capable of recognizing the fault problem in time, and development of the electric vehicle and related industries of the electric vehicle is greatly promoted.

    本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电过程中的安全预警方法及装置,涉及数据处理技术领域。本发明中基于电动车历史充电过程中存在的故障特点进行分析,确定了实际电压值、电流差值、电压变化率、电流变化率、温度差值和触动急停按钮次数等多维度评价指标进行信息融合,构建健康等级状态预测值并进行预警等级的划分,然后基于该结果利用生成对抗网络进行深度学习,得到运行状态预测模型,将实时采集的充电数据输入运行状态预测模型进行识别,得到充电运行状态预警等级。本发明对电动汽车的充电故障预警不但预警精度较高、识别度高、识别速率快,可及时识别出故障问题,而且大大促进电动汽车及其相关产业的发展。
