The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging process safety risk early warning method and system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an insulation resistance value of a charger charging loop and battery pack interaction information and single battery interaction information, monitored by a charging information monitoring terminal, of an electric vehicle and a charging pile; identifying the safety risk of the charging process of the electric vehicle according to the battery pack interaction information and the single battery interaction information of the electric vehicle andthe charging pile; identifying the abnormal risk of poor monomer consistency in the charging process of the electric vehicle by utilizing the monomer battery interaction information of the electric vehicle and the charging pile; identifying the abnormal risk of the insulation resistance in the charging process of the electric vehicle by utilizing the insulation resistance value of the charger charging loop; and sending early warning to the charging operation platform and the user based on the risk identification result. According to the method, risks possibly encountered in the charging process of the electric vehicle are accurately identified, the safety of the charging process of the electric vehicle is ensured, and meanwhile, a basis is provided for subsequent maintenance of the electric vehicle or a charging pile.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电过程安全风险预警方法和系统,包括:获取充电机充电回路的绝缘电阻值以及充电信息监测终端监测的电动汽车与充电桩的电池组交互信息和单体电池交互信息;根据电动汽车与充电桩的电池组交互信息和单体电池交互信息识别电动汽车充电过程的安全风险;利用电动汽车与充电桩的单体电池交互信息识别电动汽车充电过程的单体一致性差异常风险;利用充电机充电回路的绝缘电阻值识别电动汽车充电过程的绝缘电阻异常风险;基于上述风险的识别结果向充电运营平台和用户发出预警。本发明精确的识别了电动汽车充电过程可能遇到的风险,保障了电动汽车充电过程的安全性,同时为后续电动汽车或充电桩检修提供依据。
