The invention discloses a safety early warning system and method for electric vehicle charging equipment. The safety early warning system comprises a central control unit, and an early warning unit, a cloud management platform and a plurality of charging state monitoring units which are connected with the central control unit, the charging state monitoring unit comprises a charging parameter monitoring unit, a charging duration statistical unit, a battery temperature monitoring unit and a battery electric quantity monitoring unit; the central control unit is used for judging the current charging state according to the accumulated charging duration monitored by the charging duration statistical unit, the current charging duration, the battery electric quantity increment calculated by the battery electric quantity monitoring unit, the charging pile temperature monitored by the charging parameter monitoring unit and the battery temperature monitored by the battery temperature monitoring unit. The method has the advantages that the charging state can be pre-judged according to the current charging parameters, so that early warning is performed, and the inspection workload and the accident probability can be effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车充电设备安全预警系统及方法,包括中央控制单元以及与其连接的预警单元、云管理平台和若干个充电状态监测单元;充电状态监测单元包括充电参数监测单元、充电时长统计单元、电池温度监测单元和电池电量监测单元;中央控制单元用于根据充电时长统计单元监测到的累计充电时长、本次充电时长和电池电量监测单元计算得到的电池电量增量、充电参数监测单元监测到的充电桩温度、电池温度监测单元监测到的电池温度判断当前充电状态。本发明的优点在于:可以根据当前充电参数预判充电状态,从而进行预警,可有效降低巡检工作量和发生事故的概率。
