The invention discloses a variable-rigidity independent suspension device, and relates to the technical field of omni-directional mobile robots, the variable-rigidity independent suspension device comprises a suspension mounting base internally provided with a cavity, a first vibration reduction mechanism, a second vibration reduction mechanism and a mobile platform, the bottom of the suspension mounting base is arranged on a chassis of a mobile robot, and the bottom of the suspension mounting base is provided with a second vibration reduction mechanism; the mobile platform is positioned between the suspension mounting base and the mobile robot chassis; the top of the suspension fixing base is provided with a hollowed-out part, the moving platform is provided with mounting grooves used for mounting the omni-directional moving trundles, the omni-directional moving trundles can penetrate through the hollowed-out part to be inserted into the mounting grooves, and the elastic end of the first damping mechanism and the elastic end of the second damping mechanism are both connected with the top of the suspension mounting base. The lower end of the first damping mechanism is fixedly connected with the movable platform, and the lower end of the second damping mechanism is movably connected with the movable platform. The device can reduce impact vibration of inertia force on the omnidirectional mobile robot, and ensures stable and safe operation of the omnidirectional mobile robot.

    本发明公开了一种变刚度独立悬架装置,涉及全向移动机器人技术领域,其包括:内设有腔体的悬架安装基座、第一减振机构、第二减振机构以及移动平台,悬架安装基座的底部设于移动机器人底盘上,移动平台位于悬架安装基座和移动机器人底盘之间;悬架固定基座的顶部设有镂空部,移动平台设有用于安装全向移动脚轮的安装槽,全向移动脚轮可穿过镂空部插入安装槽内,第一减振机构和第二减振机构的弹性端均与悬架安装基座的顶部连接,第一减振机构的下端与移动平台固定连接,第二减振机构的下端与移动平台活动连接。本装置可降低惯性力对全向移动机器人产生的冲击振动,保证全向移动机器人运行平稳安全。
