The invention discloses an automobile self-tuning electromagnetic suspension with variable rigidity and damping. The automobile self-tuning electromagnetic suspension comprises a stator shell, and the two ends of the stator shell are fixedly connected with end covers and a rotor inner core; the rotor inner core is movably mounted in the stator shell, two groups of coils are mounted on the rotor inner core, and a plurality of groups of tooth-shaped structures are arranged on the stator shell and the rotor inner core on the left side and the right side of each group of coils; a conductive copper ring is arranged on the inner wall of the stator shell on the side where one group of coils are located; a linear bearing and a supporting spring are sleeved at two ends of the rotor inner core; one end of the support spring is fixed with the end cover, and the other end faces the shaft shoulder of the rotor inner core; the end part of the rotor inner core on the side where the conductive copper ring is located penetrates out of the end cover on the same side and is connected with the knuckle bearing, and the end cover on the other side is connected with the knuckle bearing. Two sets of electromagnetic coils are introduced to control the magnetic field intensity of the electromagnetic spring and the magnetic field intensity of the electromagnetic damper respectively, and therefore independent tuning of the rigidity and damping of the shock absorber is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种可变刚度与阻尼的汽车自调谐电磁悬架,包括定子外壳,定子外壳两端固定连接端盖、动子内芯;动子内芯可移动安装在定子外壳内,动子内芯上装有2组线圈,且每组线圈左右两侧的定子外壳、动子内芯上均开设多组齿状结构;在其中一组线圈所在侧的定子外壳内壁处设置导电铜环;动子内芯两端套装直线轴承和支撑弹簧;支撑弹簧一端与端盖固定,另一端朝向动子内芯的轴肩处;动子内芯在导电铜环所在侧的端部从同侧端盖穿出并与关节轴承连接,另一侧的端盖与关节轴承连接。本发明引入两组电磁线圈分别控制电磁弹簧和电磁阻尼器的磁场强度,从而实现了减震器的刚度、阻尼独立调谐。
